OCAB Community Action Agency, Inc. has funding to assist individuals with employment needs. These individuals must be income and program eligible for services. Applications may be completed online by clicking here or picked up from designated locations. Click Here for Locations

Upon receipt of application, a staff member will contact customers with their application status.
*Tuition payment can be made to an eligible institution (local college/university in the four county service area: Orangeburg, Calhoun, Allendale, Bamberg) on behalf of the eligible applicant who has provided proof of enrollment to include financial aid award letter.
