HUD NY-501 Regional Continuum of Care Announces 2016 Funding Application
The Continuum of Care (CoC) Program promotes a communitywide commitment to ending homelessness by providing funding to nonprofit organizations and State and local governments to quickly rehouse homeless individuals and families.
